B3 ENGINEERING is proud to announce the opening of its new regional hub for Latin America and the Caribbean in Bogotá, Colombia. The strategic launch, in collaboration with our local partner Soluciones Tecnologicas, coincides with the ExpoSolar trade fair in Medellín, taking place from October 16-18, 2024.

The establishment of this regional hub marks a significant milestone in B3 ENGINEERING's commitment to serving the rapidly expanding LED public lighting market in Latin America and the Caribbean. With a dedicated local presence, we aim to enhance our ability to meet the unique needs of municipalities, utilities, and lighting professionals across the region.

To showcase our commitment to the region and demonstrate the quality of our products, we are installing an "outdoor showroom" in Istmina, Department of Chocó, Colombia. This innovative display features several test stretches highlighting both solar and grid-connected LED streetlighting technology. We invite everyone to visit this installation and experience our high-quality lighting solutions in person.

The new B3 ENGINEERING Latin America Regional Hub, operated in conjunction with Soluciones Tecnologicas, is strategically positioned to capitalize on these trends and better serve the market. Our new presence will offer:

B3 Germany in Brazil
 
On 1^st November 2019 B3 Engineering opened its Brazil branch in São Paolo.
 
The growing demand for energy-efficient and sustainable lighting are driving growth prospects for the LED street lighting market in Brazil. In fact, Technavio projects a growth rate in this segment of 14 % per year in Brazil. This will provide B3 with a major opportunity for expansion in the coming years.

Swiss capital city of Bern
 
B3 Engineering was chosen from a large field of reputable lighting suppliers to modernize the street lighting for the entire historical district of Bern.
 
The listed street lights were converted from HPS to LED technology using a custom-designed conversion kit that requires no changes to the historical fixtures.
